Sugar Land is the anchor of Fort Bend County and home to Angela's brokerage office. Sienna is a large, amenity-heavy master-planned community in Missouri City that has spent years near the top of the national new-home sales rankings. Resort-style pools, a water park, miles of trails, on-site schools and a golf club all sit inside the plan.

Richmond is the Fort Bend County seat, and it blends a genuine historic downtown on the Brazos River with some of the fastest rooftop growth in the region. Aliana, Harvest Green, Long Meadow Farms and the Grand Mission communities put newer homes, newer schools and newer retail within reach of the Westpark Tollway.
Suburban comfort minutes from the Medical Center
Pearland sits just south of the Texas Medical Center, which makes it a standing favourite with clinicians and hospital staff who want a short commute without living in the middle of the city. Shadow Creek Ranch, Silverlake and Pearland Town Center anchor the newer side of town.
Value, space and an easy run into Houston
Missouri City sits directly between Sugar Land and the Houston city line, and it is one of the best value stories in Fort Bend County. Buyers routinely get more square footage and more yard here than they would a few miles west, without giving up access to the same employment centres.
Houston's most walkable urban neighbourhood
Midtown sits between Downtown and the Museum District and is about as walkable as Houston gets. Mid-rise and high-rise condos, townhomes on tight lots, light rail down Main Street, and a restaurant and nightlife scene that carries the area's weekend traffic.

Katy sits west of Houston along I-10 and is one of the metro's most reliable family markets, largely on the strength of Katy ISD. Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Firethorne and Elyson deliver the full master-planned package: pools, trails, on-site schools and amenity centres.

The Galleria and the wider Uptown district form Houston's luxury corridor: high-rise condominiums, world-class shopping, and a dense concentration of restaurants and hotels, all within a short drive of the Energy Corridor, Downtown and the Medical Center.
